Transparency & Disclosure

Wallet Transparency

This page provides a structured overview of how NodeWaves classifies ecosystem wallets, reports supply data, and separates burned, market-access, and controlled token holdings. It is designed to support public clarity, structured reporting, and future market-data platform submissions.

Beta Disclosure Draft — Subject to updates as controlled wallet addresses are finalized

Methodology Overview

NodeWaves classifies wallet holdings into three primary categories for supply reporting purposes.

Burned / Excluded

Tokens sent to the standard EVM dead address are permanently removed from all supply calculations and ecosystem planning.

Market-Access Supply

Tokens accessible through public exchanges (CEX) or decentralized liquidity pools (DEX). These represent publicly tradable supply.

Controlled Supply

Tokens held in smart contracts (contract-held) or treasury wallets (treasury-held). These are not freely circulating public float.

Supply Reporting Principles

NodeWaves reports supply using a structured methodology designed for clarity and accuracy.

01

Burned tokens are permanently excluded

Tokens sent to the dead address are removed from all supply calculations.

02

Contract-held tokens are non-circulating

Tokens held in staking contracts, reward reserves, and ecosystem contracts are not counted as freely circulating public float.

03

Treasury-held tokens are non-circulating

Tokens held by the ecosystem treasury for growth, infrastructure, and future planning are not freely circulating.

04

Market-access supply is reported separately

Tokens accessible through public exchanges and DEX liquidity pools are classified as market-access supply.

05

Methodology supports platform submissions

This classification framework is designed to align with CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, and other market-data platform reporting standards.

Disclosure Notes

Beta Draft

This page is a beta disclosure draft. Controlled wallet addresses will be updated as the ecosystem finalizes internal wallet structures.

Wallets marked "Pending disclosure" represent real ecosystem allocations whose specific on-chain addresses have not yet been publicly confirmed.

Supply classification and reporting methodology may be refined over time as the ecosystem evolves and market-data platform standards are updated.

This page is provided for transparency and reference purposes. It does not constitute financial advice, a guarantee of token value, or a promise of future performance.

Reward policies within the NodeWaves ecosystem are dynamic and commitment-based, not permanently fixed universal payouts.

Next Steps

The following transparency improvements are planned as the ecosystem matures.

1

Finalize controlled wallet addresses

Replace pending disclosure placeholders with verified on-chain addresses.

2

Submit to market-data platforms

Provide structured supply data to CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, and other platforms.

3

Publish periodic supply updates

Provide regular updates on burned supply, circulating supply, and treasury holdings.

4

Expand wallet labeling

Add additional wallet categories as new ecosystem functions are activated.
